Started on the windows, which are made by sandwiching a piece of acetate between two frames. The frames, which have to be painted first, are so fine they won't stand up to much filing down to fit into the wall apertures. It's also next to impossible to get them to line up. Started colouring it before I fit the doors and windows etc.

Not 100pc happy but getting there. You can see depth and detail even with my cack-handed painting.

Mick, the lighting will make or break the picture. I don't know what you use to light pics but bounced flash gives you much more life-like appearance. Otherwise you'll struggle with shadows where there shouldn't be any. Tart it up a bit with regard to contrast/tones and should work nice regardless w...
