Re: DCC Alpha panel

OK, I answered by own question by testing it out. Works fine connecting the rear "out" socket of the UTP to the rear of the Alpha panel with a 6wire "flat" NCE RJ-12 cable!

Switchpilot extension - changing delay time

I wonder if anyone on the forum can help with info on setting up a Switchpilot extension. I have a Switchpilot servo decoder which I am successfully using to operate Peco 75 electro frog points. I have no remote switches (or wiring) so don't see where I could fit the diodes. I will try re-setting then reprogramming the one ip motor concerned to see if that...

Peco 75 Double slip with Cobolt digital

Context I am returning to model railways after 40 years and am building a layout using Peco 75 track, electrofrog points, DCC Cobalt digital IP motors and NCE Procab control. All the equipment is new. I did a lot of reading and researching before starting and feel I am getting to grips with DCC and ...

Re: Wiring sound chip into GWR 14xx

I will be interested to see which decoder/speaker/soundfile you go for. Oh, and how it all fits in the 14XX. I have one that I'd like to do.
