Thanks for giving this some thought, it actually is a lift out section, but I get so fed up of trying to align 4 sets of double track that I’ve taken to crawling under. I really should just lift it out and save my knees, alignment takes, what, five minutes :D

The latest edition to the loco stud simmers on the quayside waiting for the next fish train to form up.

Saw it yesterday, just too good to walk past and at a bargain price to boot.

It’s not just the cost of postage of a box, it’s the initial purchase price. Knowing how easy they were to grow I’d definitely give them another go.
