Chances are you have reversed one of the axles , or both when cleaning and maintaining. The axles are only insulated on one axle.... common problem when stripping and repairing.

Check the spec carefully . Unless I've missed something, the seller says its a 12V 3A PSU, then says its a 12V 1A, then there are 4x 1A outputs. I gave up at that point.

Isnt win7 now obsolete and no longer updated?.. All you can do is update to Win10 - or at least that is the reccommended route . I think if I remember from my time using win7, that the 'updates' get out of step and things like the latest version of Firefox are not compatible.. You will probably find...
