I've been waiting to have a tooth removed for a few weeks - well, today was the day.
Phone call first thing from the surgery offering a slightly earlier appt. Suited me as I wouldn't miss the GP.
Tooth removed, GP watched and now I'm in A&E as my mouth won't stop bleeding.
Could be a long night.

I've got a broken wisdom tooth that needs removing. I've got an appointment for my regular check-up on the 20th. Not looking forwards to it, it's a new dentist that I've not seen before.

Good luck - there are drugs the can put on the surface of the bleed site to stop it bleeding - not sure if they can put it in the mouth though, although they do put It inside you if you're having surgery.

I hope your feeling better soon Steve - your post reminded me that I have to have a crown fitted when I get back - I really don't like going to the dentist. Barry
