I got talking to Tony Martin a couple of years back in a local pub. Seemed a nice guy!
Most people are shocked when they find out how bad I am as an electrician

If he invites you to his house make sure you have witnesses
And the Lord said unto John “Come forth and receive eternal life”, but John came fifth and won a toaster!

I understand that these things he made were not very dangerous more like a crack with the head masters cane. they did not blow peoples feet off.

No John, Martin was the farmer that shot dead a young burglar that broke into his house with another man. There was some public sympathy for him at the time.footplate1947 wrote: ↑Fri May 31, 2019 5:07 pmIs that the blokes name Terry, who made them.?teedoubleudee wrote: ↑Fri May 31, 2019 1:31 pm I got talking to Tony Martin a couple of years back in a local pub. O not the cartridge man Terry ,,,I dont remember what his name was.
Now On a lighter note I wonder how the OP The Sligo Rover is getting on with his garage doors. He may have built a portcullis buy now.

Some good security lighting worked via PIR's. Also fit two external dummy alarm bell boxes, one on house & one on shed/garage. It's a good cheap deterrent, especially if they are fitted with small flashing a led. A bugler will always avoid somewhere that looks a problem.
