That didn’t take long to put together.

Very well thought out kit. A nice touch is the neodymium magnets supplied, and the predrilled holes for them, so that modules can be linked together and reconfigured as necessary.

As for going into business, very unlikely. Plenty of others already in that market.

Are these things still as fiddly to clean I have an airbrush, but it takes longer to clean it than to spray anything. Similar, with full size sprayer. I have a system that paints emulsion, where you fill the tube, attached to the roller, and paint walls. Superb. You can do 50% of wall in one fill. But again, tis the washing out/ cleaning, that takes the time

That’s a very good question that, as yet, I can’t answer.

The airbrush I have is a gravity feed ie it has a cup on top in which you only need to put in a couple of drops of paint. I am sticking to water based acrylics and, if the blurb is to be believed, these just need washing through with water. Obviously there is more to it than that but I have some cleaning fluid, brushes and a cleaning pot so reports will follow.

i await your first clean up report. My upbringing, is to paint using a brush, and use roller for big emulsion work. Over here, they brush nothing. Everything, gloss, undercoat, etc, all with rollers. The DIY shops, have massive selection of rollers, from tiny, to vast. No cleaning, all throw away. Takes a bit of confidence to Paint a top gloss finish with a roller, but it works. Everything has different textures.

I have one already. The idea is that you rest the airbrush in the integral stand with the nozzle in a socket in the lid. You then spray thinners/water/cleaner through the airbrush. It collects in the bowl and a built in filter stops the spray from getting out.
Apparently it allows for a quick clean to make it possible to switch colours without having to do a full clean each time. Ideal when working with small amounts of paint.
