atlas turntable

Hi guys
has anyone had experience with this turntable how to get it to work correctly?
I seem to be getting a poor connection and don't really know how to improve it?
Some times it works some times it dose not.

I would remove the motor first and run it unconnected from the gearbox, if it seems ok then inspect the gearbox. Here is a installation video to show how it fits together. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bT52yEKuErQ Hope it helps.

Sorry I should have explained my self better.
I am having trouble with power to the tracks on the turn table some time it gets power other times it dont.
