Working Ground (Disc) signals for 1950/60s in 00 gauge?

HI folks,

Can any one advise me on a source for working ground disc signals for the 1950-60 era in 00 gauge?

If there are no purpose made items or kits to make them has anyone experience of making static models of these signals work?
