My first attempt was with a cut up coke can but found that the foil containers from a Chinese take away was perfect.

Thanks for that tip . Our Chinese food outlet uses plastic containers but our local supermarket uses the the thicker foil for its quiches. I have been throwing them in the recycling bin .
