I have just weathered an added coal to a 7mm scale wagon, a mate of mine thinks i`m mad to do that because it`s a limited edition 1 of 50. Here are a few shots of my efforts, Your thoughts.

If you want to weather it and you like it thats all that matters. I think it looks great. R-
Young at heart. Slightly older in other parts.

Looks very good - are you contemplating an '0' gauge layout?

Yes i am, doing it all in the wrong order. I have already purchased a 57 and 64xx Pannier tanks :D

I forgot to mention that i used weathering powders and thinned black acrylic paint with "Newtons flow improver" added for the planking joints.
