Both, think of all the free time you would have. I would like to sell 3 acres of ground. That way, i would have time. in the summer, heat, willing, to venture upstairs. Have not looked at them, since April. Sat/Sun, first real rain expected, for 16 weeks, so, May be .........

Try and keep active Eagle. It was after I stopped playing golf when I started piling the weight on. That was a few years ago and now I'm struggling to lose it again.
