The Blue Pullman was Nanking blue afaik. Remember though that paint fades badly in sunlight so any model paint you find will be the (Usually) ex-works colour.
Using Raimatch or Phoenix Precision paints should give you the best possible colour match to the original loco. It won't necessarily exactly match the existing colour on a model.

That’s a worthwhile caveat, Roger.
One exception - I have found that Vallejo black is a perfect match for the black used on BR black locos.

1960s colour?
Steam locomotives usually black apart from express passenger classes usually dark green. therefore 9F will be black (as told by WTD).
Until 1966 Diesel locomotives usually dark green, some with light green lower panels, Small yellow waning panel on front.
Until 1966 Electric locomotives on London Midland region Electric blue with small yellow warning panel, and on Southern Region Malachite Green also with yellow warning panel.
After 1966 Diesel and electric locomotives repainted blue with full yellow front end.
Before 1966, Multiple Units usually green, after 1966 as diesel locomotives, later (1972 onwards) blue and grey.
Before 1966 carriages were painted maroon, except on Southern Region which were green. After 1966 carriages were painted blue and grey except parcels vans and suburban carriages usually plain blue.
Goods wagons fitted with vacuum or air brakes brown, goods wagons without continuous brakes grey. Privately owned wagons various house colours.
Structure colours, and colours of station signs - until 1966
London Midland Region generally maroon,

Scottish Region generally light blue
Western Region generally chocolate brown
Southern Region generally green
Cream paint (Dark Stone) used for large areas such as planked walls and platform canopies. Brickwork and stonework usually left unpainted,.
After 1966 signs white with black lettering, building colours as before but black and white schemes and various colour schemes used.
Battleship grey used for bridge girders and other structures away from public areas.
