I really don't see why you need a higher voltage power supply?** However, Coastal DCC sell a PowerPax 15volt 1.6 Amp http://www.coastaldcc.co.uk/products/power-supplies/ Close up here.. http://www.coastaldcc.co.uk/products/po ... wer-supply
Avoid the higher current 4.3Amp one as the PowerCab can not operate at that current Its absolute maximum is 3.0Amps and ideally around 1.5 to 2.0 Amps.

**Of interest, what is the rating of your existing power supply? The details will be on the Power supply label. Something like "Output - 13.8 volts at ?? ma or ?.? Amp"

I appreciate your help. Power supply says DC13.8v 1.8amp.

That's the UK standard one Should give around 13.0 - 13.5 volts AC (DCC) to the rails.
