Just watched first episode - I had high hopes but I don't really like 'novelty' type themes. Shall continue watching series however. Hope it improves. Just my honest first reaction.

Such a shame could of been so much better, you cant condense 3 days work in to a 45 min time slot. :!:

I'm actually enjoying it. I saw a fantastic narrow gauge layout built by Porthcawl Modellers at the show in Swansea last year.

Oh. I loved the scratchbuild challenge part of the show. :D

watched about 50%, just past shoe challenge. Then SWMBO, took remote and said the Australian Masterchef was on, and that was that. What i saw was more about the presenters, than trains. What the women presenter was employed for, is a mystery.

The ‘woman presenter’ is an experienced modeller who models American outline and writes for Model Railroader.

Silly Moo, Hi, thanks. May be, it would have been more acceptable, had she explained that. Heather, who made the comment, knows ziltch about model railways. She thought she was awful.
