The thin grey line running from around 9 to 3 in the top image is our Fibre Optic cable which surprisingly is still working.

Maybe a call (or email with photo) to your Broadband provider - they may be able to pre-empt a problem.

I suspect the co-ordination of the various agencies that need to come together to sort it out is causing the delay, this tree came down on Monday. I expect there are a few more for them to deal with as well. R-
