Well walkingthdog. Vinigar is the best and cheapest way to remove corrosion that I have tried. It works, and works well.

It is a great descaling agent as well, plus it is very nice in chips.

Well the vinegar seems to have improved things. I noticed it took some time to work. Probably some sort of chemical reaction. Straight after there was no difference but, after half an hour there was a noticeable improvement. There is till some stuttering and variation in speed. I think it needs several treatments.

Leave it in for 24 hours then brush it with an old tooth brush or nail brush or similar when still wet. Then rinse off the vinegar with water. After that finish with track cleaning rubber
