That is lot better than West coast tours offered us when we enquired about refunds. Offer refund in full less 20% (in full :? ) or booking any time up to next year this time. Or pick one going in between. If you don't rebook within one year then tough you loose the lot. How are we to know if all this virus upheaval is going to be over with in a year.
Last time I pay in full before they had even had tickets to offer. Basically we lost approx £100.00

Slightly off topic however, I paid for the ferry crossing to and from Spain. The crossing to Spain has been cancelled, refund via voucher. The crossing from Spain hasn't been refunded yet as it is in April although it will be cancelled. (Due to a quirk in the way Brittany Ferries required me to book originally they are separate bookings.) Fortunately I am still hoping (I'm an optimist) that we will be able to go to either France or Spain in October (2020) or Christmas or even over Easter 2021.

I'd prefer Spain due to the location and hotel we regularly stay.
