Yes Anthony - you are being to harsh. I have many loco's - mainly Hornby - and some very recent purchases, and I have never noticed "poor quality" on any of them. Personally, I wouldn't buy a train set, I would buy the individual bits and pieces. BB

And remember Anthony that OO and HO are exactly the same track gauge.

And , when running on same layout,k do not look out of place. My MTH loco, is higher than some hornby engines, and Fleischmann, steam locos, similarly, run / mix happily with Hornby. Buy what you fancy, and enjoy the mix.
