Subsidence problems again

I noticed yesterday the door at the bottom of the stairs stuck a little, never thought about it again cos i was getting ready to work.

Just been in the loft to get some paint out and run a few locos and i have a problem with my layout. It is in the tunnel i can see were the baseboard has moved and to make thing worse some locos and rolling stock is derailing

Looks like some reconstruction is needed might loose the tunnel not sure yet

Looking at the area you live in, I assume mining subsidence!

Re-build the baseboards on a self-levelling gimbal! (Ok ok, I'm going! )
