Brilliant - really well done and looks just the part in that environment and works well with the era of the rolling stock etc...... perhaps the addition of some guttering, roof ladders / walkways and floodlights etc is all that is reqd to finish these off nicely.

Latest addition is my carriage depot / TMD which is a 2 road shed but 5 road depot altogether. Can fit 3 'full' sets (I class mine as loco plus 4 plus DVT / dummy due to scale and room).

Frame made of wood around 10x10mm I had, yet to decide on design of roof or side. Want glazed on both but using what I have laying around.

Have been looking at examples such as Buxton or Heaton for inspiration!

Concrete flooring kit plus extension used then ballasted throughout.

Another 'upcycle' has been using the station entrance steps as a driver or crew change platform I have positioned alongside the main station at the entrance to the TMD.

Will move the portacabins and make a car park alongside too also painting to look less Hornby plastic.

Simple offcut strip from concrete card kit painted yellow fills the lip on the platform edge. Also hides the Hornby track PowerPoint!

A few showing updates on the main carriage sidings and shed. Main structure complete along with roof, need to detail inside and outside.

Made a basic looking workshop crane by cutting 2 Hornby wheels in half then drilling holes to accomodate them. Moves backwards and forwards by hand along the frame of the top half of the shed.
