My long awaited Rails of Sheffield 00 Terrier. It is an excellent model with lots of fine detail and a firebox flicker. It runs quietly and smoothly.

This one is a replacement as the first one I was sent had assembly issues. Rails sent me a return label for posting it back and sent Terrier number two which I can’t find fault with.

I’m very happy with my loco but would caution purchasers to check their locos upon arrival as I think a few examples have escaped quality control.

Regards

These are pretty little locos. I have one in N gauge waiting for me to build a layout for it!

As a supporter of Medway Queen Preservation Society I have purchased more wagons.

The wagons are based on Dapol box vans, these 00 gauge models commemorate Medway Queen’s part in the Dunkirk Evacuation of 1940. In May-June 1940 HMS Medway Queen made seven round trips to Dunkirk rescuing thousands of British, French and Belgian troops.

Looks great - why paint over it - it is a real loco. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sI-kExqQjh0

It was previously Brunswick Green and named Leicester City!
