On a more serious note, the EZY Line used for the wires clearly does not do well when exposed to sunlight. Every single thread near the window has sagged and/or broken. The rest of the layout is rarely in direct sunlight but longer term I’m sure they will suffer the same fate.

It's even dislodged the walling - must be a BIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG spider! We have one living under the fridge in the garage - if you whistle he brings the beer out.

Just bad modelling Barry - you don’t have to look hard for more examples.bulleidboy wrote: ↑Fri Jun 05, 2020 10:31 am It's even dislodged the walling - must be a BIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG spider! We have one living under the fridge in the garage - if you whistle he brings the beer out.

The 9F returned to its natural environment. All this proved is that after months of inactivity, my track is dirtier than the loco.

Well, I think it looks amazing - loco that is - tracks not bad though. R-
Young at heart. Slightly older in other parts.

It's called 'realism', Steve.
Lovely locomotive. Well done.
I have film of 9Fs top and tailed taking seven wagons from Tyne Dock to Consett Steel Works. Those were the days.

Re: LOW GHYLL
You have made a stunning job on that loco,
I watched your progress as you worked on it and now that it is back on the rails the whole scene you have created just looks amazing.

It does not take me long to do five minutes work.

Re: LOW GHYLL
Fantastic job - fabulous pictures. I wouldn't worry about dirty track, it adds to the effect. I looked at one of my loco's the other day, and didn't recall it being "weathered" - it was dust - quick shot of hairspray?? Barry
