On a more serious note, the EZY Line used for the wires clearly does not do well when exposed to sunlight. Every single thread near the window has sagged and/or broken. The rest of the layout is rarely in direct sunlight but longer term I’m sure they will suffer the same fate.

It's even dislodged the walling - must be a BIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG spider! We have one living under the fridge in the garage - if you whistle he brings the beer out.

Just bad modelling Barry - you don’t have to look hard for more examples. :D

The 9F returned to its natural environment. All this proved is that after months of inactivity, my track is dirtier than the loco. :D

It's called 'realism', Steve.

Lovely locomotive. Well done.

I have film of 9Fs top and tailed taking seven wagons from Tyne Dock to Consett Steel Works. Those were the days. :)

You have made a stunning job on that loco,
I watched your progress as you worked on it and now that it is back on the rails the whole scene you have created just looks amazing.

Fantastic job - fabulous pictures. I wouldn't worry about dirty track, it adds to the effect. I looked at one of my loco's the other day, and didn't recall it being "weathered" - it was dust - quick shot of hairspray?? Barry
