Bachmann Spares

Having been an OO enthusiast and operator for 50+ years I am dumbfounded to find that I can't see anywhere Bachmann generally suppling spare motor parts to the trade.
I am seeking confirmation, or otherwise, from our members, this is correct.
Specifically I am looking for a motor for 32-003 Kinlet Hall, bought in 2005 and find there are only spare motors for split chassis types being offered.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Last time I wanted a Bachmann spare I emailed them and they got back to me and I got the spare.

I have always found Bachmann quick to respond to any service / spares questions I have had.

Thanks for the info. chaps.
No I had not tried Bachmann direct but will do so.
I now assume that general spares for locomotive parts are not available to dealers and agents as Hornby are.
There is always something to learn.

They are very efficient although might be less so at present.

I posted a ques during COVID and got a next day reply, I was very surprised by the quick response and very informative answer.

I was referring to spare parts might be slower. A query can be answered from home.

asked about spare steps for a Class 03 on Friday, got a response before 10am today.

I needed spares for an 08 class and contacted Peters Spares, they said that couldn't help and suggested that I contact Bachmann direct.

That’s right, that’s what we have been saying, Bachmann do their own spares and a very good job the do as well.
