My North American layout was getting too large and was beginning to feel
like something out of "Fantasia," with the mops and brooms coming to life.
So, following the example of my British cousins, I whacked 16 square feet
of it and determined might might be done with the remaining 32 square feet,
with an eye towards reliability and general enjoyment.
The track plan, formerly a twice-around, was split in half and turned into
two seperate loops, as in "Henley," providing a rather stimulating train
driving experience. Unlike Henley, Armodilloville has no points by which
to reduce running to a set of uncomplicated ovals.
"Armodilloville" is a fantasy piece, with a lot of non-standard things
going on. All of it reflects memories and places once seen.
