Nice to see another Pennsy fan. Personally I am quite drawn to the Jersey coast pennsy operations along the New York and Long Branch. I even managed to get me dad (a die hard BR man) interested in the Pensylvania Reading Sea Shore Lines
Thanks bazzmund
Must admit the Reading Sea Shore line from footage I've seen does look interesting.
Cheers
Cliff.
Western Maryland railway meets the Pennsy , modified Bachmann 4-8-4 northern is now a Western Maryland Potomac J-1 . More detailing to do but pretty happy so far. Layout depicts the Pennsy sharing trackage rights with the WM .
Finally a name for my layout "Angel Lake" a nod to my faithful Border Collie Angel who was always by my side when working in the garage either on the layout or on my bikes RIP
Until production moved overseas, Pennsylvania was a major steel producing region, particularly in the western regions, in cities such as Bethlehem and Pittsburgh. You have certainly captured the essence of it all.
