A Christmas (2021) challenge to be model the real thing!

They had a picture of it in the Times the other day. Just needs a length of tiny LEDs and some patience.

I expect many of the heritage lines are doing this. I saw the Mid-Hants train on the Southern News the other night, but Swanage Railway have a similar train running - I watched that one on Railcam.uk

That will include most of us, as well.
North Norfolk line have been running theirs since mid-November :lol:

Certainly spectacular, and proving very popular.

Heritage railways are better placed to manage social distancing if they use the old fashioned corridor carriages. I noticed on Railcam that the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch are running plenty of Santa Specials at weekends. Lets hope they can recoup the losses of 2020 and survive to continue to give pleasure for many years to come.
