In the north, we called them chip buttys. Over here you would find a chicken with teeth, before a chip shop..u

By tonight's government instructions only take away/deliveries and home cooked fries will become the norm! Hope the new air fryer arrives ASAP :D

At the chip shop will be open then. Been like that since tier 4 arrived here.

The ‘Frites’ shacks in every Aire were my favourite part of travelling in France John. The equivalent of the Uk burger van.

You can go Brian. You don’t need a visa unless you are staying there more than 90 days.Have a good time.

We went there few years ago couple of times and had fish and chips and agree with you WTD it was very good. Cooked on an old fashioned coal fired range.
