Hornby Tender Wheel Set

I am looking for front and rear axles to replace existing that are bent causing 'wobble and bounce' when running. From a Hornby Ring Field Motor Power Unit service sheet no. 98 the Wheels part numbers identified as front X858 (R863) and rear X860 (R863) with no mention of axles. I have measured the existing axles at 2mm dia with splined ends, the wheels are 13.2mm dia. "Google searches" have failed me - can anyone help me with these parts or compatible alternatives
