Re: Modelmaster - Jackson Evans
The transfers I ordered arrived today.
It seems I may have ordered the wrong ones . The old sheet I had used before appears to have been discontinued, and I’m damned if I can decipher how the website works without sample pictures to go on. Hence my mistake.
I have, however, located the HMRS website that may offer an alternative - so we’re giving them a try.

My delivery included an apology for the slow service. A combination of pandemic and poor health for the owner.

I do appreciate the problems they and others have of course been having. I think it was the tone of the message "cut us some slack" - "we'd get more done if we didn't have to waste time answering the phone and emails from customers chasing their orders" - I just think the terminology could have been a little better. Like everything else they will arrive when they arrive.

No rush from my perspective either. Shame though, the quality of the printing is so much better than the Fox version I started with.

Has anyone ordered and received goods lately from M-JE? I placed an order and payment taken on the 11th January 2021 and I'm still waiting. I know he was having problems due to the pandemic restrictions, and customers were told to telephone and not email. Well I have telephoned today and the mail box is full and you obviously get no reply.

Barry, my second batch of transfers arrived last week - about six weeks from ordering. He never did respond to my email.

Thanks Steve - I'll leave it a bit longer - I'm still in no rush. As you said the quality of M-JE's items is better than Fox. Barry
Re: Modelmaster - Jackson Evans
Agreed Barry. For future reference, check out the Historical Model Railway Society - a bit trickier to use but excellent quality. Reasonable delivery time as well.
