I know many members use the TCS decoders - especially the DP2X-UK which is a direct fit plug-in with no harness. I looked at the site today and they are now selling at £19 - which is a very good price. I did find the site a little strange in that you had to "register" before you could "log-in". Once you have done this any prices that were being shown in US dollars revert to £'s.

Re: TCS Decoders
Sorry I miised that John - I have looked at the decoders in my stock - I have both the DP2X-UK and the DP2X - on the "UK" if you imagine the decoder in "portrait" position, the eight pins run in two's (obviously) top to bottom, on the DP2X looking at the decoder in the same position as before, the pins run in two rows of four across the middle of the decoder. I'm sure the DP2X-UK would be ok, but perhaps better safe than sorry. Barry
Re: TCS Decoders
I'm not quite sure who "they" are. The UK site is specifically for UK customers. If you live outside of the UK you can still order from TCS in the US who will ship anywhere.
Re: TCS Decoders
Be careful as now that the UK left the single marker the EU are hot on charging customs duty on goods from the UK. Check what will be due if you order from the UK and compare with the US prices plus shipping and customs.
Second son can't get around the customs and French customs may charge VAT (or equivalent) too. Research is needed.
