hi, does anyone else had the problem of this unit constantly derailing and not just at points. other locos fine. is it possible to tighten up the bogies. seem very loose

Does it happen on curved or straight track or both

mainly at some points and a couple of curves. have checked both and they seem fine. as i said several other locos fine.

How tight are the curves. Are they 1st radius and are the bogies able to swing easily from side to side.

curves are normal really, not tight. bogies do swing very easily

Are the curves ready made. If so what radius are they.

while your on can i ask another question. what class locos are similar to the hornby class 20

I reckon the curves are too tight. Perhaps 1st radius. Should have an R number underneath.

Heljan make a Class 15 and 17. Same sort of length and wheel arrangement.
