It is the new London overground extension to Barking Riverside. The road you see running right to left towards the river is Renwick road.

I think it is interesting because it is easy to think that the 'real thing' is all straights or gentle bends.

Doubt its any sharper and probably less sharp than Ely West Curve

which has a radii of approx 1250m which equates to a OO radii of 16447mm, well beyond any setrack radius.

A bit of googling and the curve on the viaduct is 225m radius so contrary to my earlier comment it is somewhat sharper than Ely West Curve and equates to 2.96m in OO which in UK setrack terms would be around 40th radius!!
