Model rail wishlist
Model rail wishlist
This is a post where members can put all the things they wish for as gifts but we're afraid to ask. No more socks and jocks for Christmas. Tell your loved ones who don't know what to buy you for Christmas, look at this website and look for your log on and there you will find what you wish for.

Re: Model rail wishlist
Hope it works. Don’t want any members of my family looking on here, they’ll find out how much time and money I waste.
Not quite sure how this works. They come on the forum, look for The Mess Room then Wishlists.

Just spread the word (usually telling SWAMBO is enough to get it round the family) to look up "posting.php?mode=quote&f=17&p=3341" and look for " walking the dog"Walkingthedog wrote: ↑Wed Nov 21, 2018 11:15 am Not quite sure how this works. The last thing my wife would do, is to look on a model railway forum. There are far better ways of dropping hints. Try leaving a list on the kitchen table

I hope it works for you Maz, like I said this forum is my world not my families. My wife has plenty of things she does that I don’t get involved in.

Re: Model rail wishlist
This topic I think has an age difference problem. Christmas to me at 75, means very little, whereas our younger posters, 40 plus, may still write out hopeful lists.Anything. Heather or I need, during the year, we buy. I suppose it’s a bit BAH. Humbud, to some, but ‘‘tis common sense to us. Xmas, is after all only really for children to enjoy, and parents to pay for,

Re: Model rail wishlist
I have a longish wishlist on Amazon which is useful for birthdays and Christmas. My sons, daughter and her flatmate also have them and I can access them from my own Amazon account. However I can only access their wishlist not any of their transactions.

Gosh, how organized. My problem is I don’t read. Can’t get heathers head out of books, but I have no interest. Must get back upstairs.

Only a few items are books John.
Maybe admin could remove all our posts or Maz's wishlist will never be seen again.
