Looking through my Bradshaw's timetable, it states that a North British Railway coach made the long journey from Edinburgh to Plymouth; returning the next day. A Great Western Railway coach did the journey on the opposite service.
Liking the North British Railway coaches, why have one?

They do fit in with the timescale of my steam railway and are easy for my grandchildren to handle. I like them that much I have ordered another in LNWR livery. Hopefully arriving today or tomorrow.

The puddles at Clarence Dock are still there. A thick layer of varnish with a thin piece of plastic over the top. if and when it gets dusty, a wipe with the corner of a damp cloth. The 'damp' patches on the floor is simply a coating of varnish with more 'coats' in places giving the impression of areas drying out and other areas not.

Really simple to do, darkscot. As is the 'damp patches' on the floor. Afterwards cover the edges of the plastic with 'debris'. Gives the impression of after rainfall.
