I understand. So that you can continue with the build and run some trains until the cash sorts itself out may I suggest you build just the two outer loops with bi-directional crossovers with the last point (as shown in your diagram) just put in place for connection to the innermost loop? If you leave a small piece of track easily removable for this inner loop crossover to operate in both directions I think you will get some immediate use and perhaps more fun out of the layout. Does that make sense? R-

Interesting that you can only get from the outer circuit to the inner ones in one direction.

Many thanks for your replies. As I'll never have enough money (Mr President took it all ) to build all these sidings I'll never have this kind of problem.

Don’t try to cram in too much, go for something in-between. There are a lot of suggested track plans out there for 6x4 layouts.
