There was a lot of discussion several years ago about these items but can't see anything recently. In particular there were several mentions of the GW Press.

Does anyone know if these are still available and if so where from? Or is there something better now available?

I used a small G clamp.

Yes have used before - tge only problem being the clamp end tends to be about 5 or 6 (or more) times wider than I need!
