I like to give them a 'trip down the line' when I am by myself. My grandchildren are not keen on them. They prefer the diesels. :shock: :lol:

A Leeds, Scarcroft & Wetherby Railway local train arriving at Leeds Sovereign Street Station with locomotive 'East Keswick' in charge. The coaches are, all Third Class, all First Class and 'Director's Saloon.

A Dewsbury Market Place to Leeds Central local passing the Junction with locomotive 'Harwood' in charge. The carriages are, Lancashire & Yorkshire all Third Clerestory 6 wheeler, LNWR 1st/3rd 6 wheeler, LNWR all Third 4 wheeler, and GNR all First Class 4 wheeled carriage.

A Kirkstall and East Seacroft freight train passing Roseville Station with locomotive 'Zephyrus' in charge. The Underwood & Brown Burmantofts wagon and E & H Brown Burmantofts are factories seen at Burmantofts the next station 'up the line'.

A K&ESR locomotive 'Thor' on a Kirkstall to Barnbow passenger service can just be seen leaving Roseville Station.

A Leeds, Scarcroft & Wetherby Railway freight train, locomotive 'Scarcroft' in charge. The freight wagons are from the north and heading for LNWR Goods Yard, Leeds.

Always something happening at Sovereign Street - I like the picture of Thor coming into view - lots of colour.

We have been away for a few days holiday. Enjoying the snow and 'slight breeze'.

A Leeds Central to Dewsbury Market Place two carriage local with 'Huxtable' in charge. The carriages are a four wheeled All Third (Hornby) and a four wheeled Brake Third (Bachmann Thomas range) both repainted in Lancashire & Yorkshire livery and awaiting transfers.
