Hi

Latest addition to the Diesel Hydraulic fleets is D1035 Western Yeoman in Green livery ......fitted this weeks with name plates and number ( thanks to the member who a few weeks ago who suggested using a Prit stick - worked a treat), and two man crew from Hardy Models, and then given the latest model Zimo sound decoder from YouChoos with a double dumbo speaker ( turned down significantly from the as recd settings and still plenty loud in the garage).

Enjoy the video of an up departure from Portencross

Beautiful loco. Wish I had room and the funds for one on my O gauge.

Well the Western line-up is complete ( for now) .........At the front is D1000 "Western Enterprise" fresh from a repaint in original Desert Sand livery courtesy of the Mumford works, D1003 "Western Pioneer" in Matt Black, D1015 "Western Champion" in Golden Ochre, D1035 "Western Yeoman" in Green, and at the back in Maroon is D1016 "Western Gladiator".

To be truly in keeping with the Western theme, I probably need another two to be able to reproduce the "Magnificent Seven"..........Maroon with small yellow ends and Chromatic blue should do it - now how many day's is it until my next birthday or Xmas ???

Impressive lineup - but three of them are far too clean. ;)
