Seems when I signed on this morning my password did not work. Most odd.

Yes but had to reset it and when I signed on after resetting it and sighning on again it did not remember me second sign in half hour later. just thought it was odd. Never done that before see what happens next time.

I have had occasions where it didn’t accept my password. SinceI have saved my password on my IiPad I have never had the problem again, so I guess it was down to finger trouble.

when i started with the bank on computers, i was told they were designed for fingers, not pork sausages. frequently have that kind of problem. Now, where is the mustard.

It did not remember my PW again when I signed this time. MOST ODD.

Did you click on the Remember Me button when you logged in?

Also if your web browser deletes all history on closing, you will always have to re enter all your Log in details!
