WEST ORTON
Re: WEST ORTON
One challenge I had not anticipated is that the position of the signals (so far) seems to coincide with underboard supports for changes in elevation.
I suspect that I will build the servo bases on removable platforms that can be mounted on standoffs from the underside of the baseboards. I’m planning for the operating wires will run in plastic tubing that passes through the baseboard and the servo platforms.
That’s the plan.......v2.0 coming soon.

The postman just delivered a package from MERG. What could possibly go wrong?

You obviously haven’t read the last few pages. I have and I still don’t know what it is.

Judging by my delivery today they sell bags of electronic components that, when assembled, perform feats of witchcraft to make things move or light up.Walkingthedog wrote: ↑Sat Jun 11, 2022 5:24 pmYou obviously haven’t read the last few pages. I have and I still don’t know what it is.
But that is very much dependent on the idiot assembling the kits. I fully expect to achieve a beautifully soldered set of ornaments that hang under my baseboard. Functionality would be a lucky coincidence.

Re: WEST ORTON
Don’t be sorry, like I said I read it but am none the wiser. Hope Steve succeeds.
