He just seems to be awkward to deal with as he only replies once a day and isn’t responding positively to my fair and genuine offers to resolve this.

Typical yank, then. It may be the time delay affecting his responses, I often have to wait hours for my guys to respond. All you need now, is the returned loco to go into the customs system. I had one from the states in their French warehouse, for months. Great shame. Is he in Texas.

Update: pleasant chat with an eBay representative this morning who agrees that I have been perfectly reasonable and will be contacting the buyer to try to move things forward. We’ll see.

Surprise, surprise - not a peep from my friend in the colonies today.

eBay support are trying to contact him though - not holding my breath.
