Luke and I visited another model train fare

I also bought some Digitrax decoders, fitted one to my old 125 and its working perfectly, can't wait to do the others. Luke bought a Bachmann Shunter which I'm pretty impressed by the detail.

The Hornby Select didn't even make it out of the box. Time to sell it on....

Does anyone else on here model in 009?
I have one model that is 009 but all my others could now be called H0e.
Some time ago I posted photos of my Trolley bus and narrow gauge layout using old Eggerbahn , Jouef and Minitrains stock and Faller buildings.
This still exists but is somewhat buried in my son's car restoration bits !
Here's a photo of my 009 loco ( WHR baldwin ) and an Eggernbhn and Jouef loco. The Eggerban was my first NG loco and is about 55 years old and still working.

How do I get the image to a larger size ?

My first large 'O' gauge model. Running on DC at present, it is quite a complicated job to convert to DCC as the existing PCB has to be removed and a new board created for all the lighting connections and with a DCC socket installed. Maybe leave for those impending dark, cold winter evenings. :?

Wish I had room for something as large as that Howard.

"Wish I had room for something as large as that Howard." So do I, it's a very nice ornament at the moment. I need to get rid of some furniture so I can run a shelf layout.

Barry........not moving over to 'O' just felt like having three or four samples to play with. Maybe make a garden layout next summer. 8-)
