Up here in the Scottish snow and ice lights outside certainly do cheer things up. That is what Christmas is all about. Goes back to the days years ago when no body could work in the mid winter and they needed cheering up. We have some to go up next week.

No lights here - it requires too much effort to sort out the sockets for outside and too little inclination to put lights inside. I'm content to play with trains!

Here are some bulbs for Christmas however! (forum only allows 5!)

And rightly so Ian. That reminds me will be wiring up some lights on the layout soon.

Put my lights up today inside and outside. They run off a USB supply.
Nurse, the screens!
