Hornby: A model world S2?

S2E01 was hilarious
haha seeing the lady from the NRM forced gushing over TT FS only to see at the close of the programme the loco running on the layout with the wheels locked up
good to see they showed a true how a Hornby loco's runs! with lock wheels and running gear, yep totally unacceptable!

Not sure how the new TT model with loco drive could run with locked wheels - that shot was obviously his old tender drive model.Please pay attention if you are going to be a credible pundit.

they were promoting the TT FS and the wheels were locked so why promote an old model, doesn't add up and doesn't make sense.
as far as I am aware they have never produced a FS in TT so why show footage of a FS in probably 00 gauge tender drive with locked wheels when trying to promote a new high spec model.

I will try to be more clear, then I will give up.
We all saw Simon dragging his old GOLD PLATED FS out of the loft. That loco featured several times in the episode and was seen running with locked wheels which points to a tender drive loco needing a service.
He then went on to promote his new TT:120 A1 Blink Bonney which is not gold plated and is loco drive.
The two locos were used as a link from nostalgia to current day.
At no time was the program flagged as TT only.

so be it but why show other loco's with locked wheels, that is extremely poor from Hornby and the programme producers and when the content is relating to the TT FS it's grossly misleading to potential buyers of TT.

Seems to be a lot of fuss about a TV program. Just don’t watch it, won’t make any difference to anybody.
I enjoyed it, nice to watch something which doesn’t come with a warning.
This program contains flashing lights and locked motion.

I saw episodes 1 and 11, but missed episode 2 and the repeat later in the week and it hasn't popped up on catch up yet.

Nothing to do with Hornby - no doubt put together in the "cutting room" application that BBC Studios uses.
