points and switches
as my last post i will be fitting four hornby surface switches to my small layout and will be using an on-off-on toggle switch to control them can i use just one toggle switch i want all four points to throw together, thanks
Re: points and switches
On-off-on denotes a latching switch - nor what is needed. You will need a momentary switch ie one that springs back to the central, neutral position.
You may be able to fire all four provided you use a good CDU. Better imho to fire singly or in pairs.
