fitting leds to 00 guards van

I was waching chadwick model railway fitting leds ,I don't seem to be able to find the printed circuit board . Has anyone done this and do I need the board can anyone help thank's alot.

OK so got the circiut board has anyone fitted LED lamps to a 00 gauge brake van I've fitted the center rear lamp now for the red and white lamp any help please.
