I did put a smiley face on the end.

You’re prices look pretty good to me.

Ebay related - I bought something from Ebay and decided on Click and Collect for delivery - no waiting for the postman - I received the message, with barcode saying it was ready for collection - also received a Royal Mail message saying package will be delivered between 9am and 12noon. When I went to collect, the package wasn't there, and I was told the message often gets sent before the package has been delivered. Who sends the "Ready for Collection" message and has anyone else experienced this?

I tend to use the click and collect option a fair bit bb, in theory it is a simple and useful system but as you've found out it can be very hit or miss
I've had quite a few items returned back to the sellers as they did not realise that they had to add the ecp code to the location address and therefore the shop would not accept delivery, I now send a little message to the seller when I've paid for the item highlighting the need for the code, most of the time they are already aware but better safe than sorry as they say.
On another occasion the shop sent me the collection message but when I went to collect it they said that they had sent it by mistake and the item had been sent back as the ecp code was again not added, the seller never received the item back and Ebay did not want to refund me as the shop had said it was ready for collection, it got sorted in the end but it was a fun outing, you are not alone :D

Cheers,Lee.

I think you are using the collect option to hide your purchases from your spouses

Even the lady at the shop I collect from has commented on the amount of parcels that I have delivered now dtb  I think it's time to find a new click and collect location ;)
