LOW GHYLL
Re: LOW GHYLL
So far so good (apart from the green wire). Look forward to seeing how you get on with this as I would like to add the signal type to my layout (in time) but there is no mimic panel in mine to contend with. That should make life simpler. I like that. R-

Green wire is now in my possession. Before I start the soldering marathon I will fit the one I prepared earlier and connect it up to prove I have all my connections in the right place (I’ve been caught out before ).
While I was out that nice man from Yodel delivered a package from Hatton’s. Fortunately it only contained the oily weathering kit I mentioned the other day rather than anything more fragile. Yes, you guessed it, it was tossed over a 6’ fence.

Had another fiddle with this today, and yes I got the wiring wrong to start off with. This is roughly what the lights controlling entry to the goods yard will look like.

They look good Steve. Size seems perfect as well. R-

Thanks Roger, I guessed correctly about the scale. Not prototypical and definitely not sited correctly but they will add another dimension to operating the layout.
I just need to find the time to do all the soldering.
