I forgot I asked. It didn't stay in my mind... It is amazing how much 0 gauge fits in that size!
Budget modelling in 0-16.5...

Re: Shelby Wood Sidings
Mine is about two foot less then yours and the same width. To be honest, if it wasn't for the outer curves which need the 2ft width to turn 180 degrees, about 18 inches wide would be much easier to carry the layout. 2ft is a bit too wide to tuck under my arm.
Mind you, my train lengths are much shorter then yours! I can fit a loco and five or six 4 wheel coaches in my run round loop which is less then 4 ft long if I take account of the points.

Two more pieces of rolling stock for Shelby Wood Sidings.
Mrs PT's brake van and a tanker that was a Christmas prezzies from a good friend of mine. Both have been weathered by Dave of Lineside & Loco's.

Lovely work PT. Which I'd gone for O gauge now I know what can be fitted into a small space.

Re: Shelby Wood Sidings
Thank you BM.
I am really happy that I am doing O gauge now. Mrs PT and I are off to Bristol O gauge show on Sunday and I am sure Shelby Wood Sidings fleet of locos will expand that day
I have made some new friends who model O gauge and I am lucky enough to be able to run my loco's on two fantastic lay outs, bit of which are 50' I am sure the O gauge scene is growing due in a large part to the relatively inexpensive, high quality RTR O gauge loco's being produced by Dapol.
